Renter’s Rebate: Renters who are elderly or totally disabled, and whose incomes do not exceed certain limits 65years of age or 100% disabled (Age 18 and over) Applicant must meet one year state residency requirement. during 2020. Connecticut Energy Assistance Program (CEAP): You may receive between $250 to $600 towards your heating bill, depending on your income level, household size, and whether there is a vulnerable member in your household. Contact Alliance at (203) 366-8241.

EDUCATION AND YOUTH PROGRAMS
Trumbull Early Childhood Education Center (TECEC): The Special Education Preschool program has children with specific, identified developmental delays. These needs may be in the domains of cognitive, language, motor and/or social-emotional functioning. Inquiries about this program may be made to Child Find at 452-4352.
Specialized Resource Program (SRP) provides educational programming for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other related conditions. (203) 452-4422.
